Progress Report on BenX 0.06, new engine
Hey there guys and gals!
Some of you already know, but I wanted to write a post. We have a build that I could play from start to finish with the new episode in, but it has a particularly annoying rollback issue (if you rollback, shit just disappears, and if you save then, loading the game messes shit up) NewGuy and his wife got sick, and that delayed our workn on the build for a couple of weeks.
Thankfully they are fine now, and we have started work on the build again.
I intend to release a build this month no matter what. It's been ages since the last one and you fucking deserve it, even if it is a bit of a broken mess XD. I'm a bit worried it will make it to F95Zone and other sites and seen without context there, people get the wrong impression, but fuck it. Keeping my word with you guys is my priority right now.
So yeah, we'll release a build this month no matter what. We will try to limit the rollback, maybe make it so it doesn't work where it would cause issues, something like that. But at least you'll be able to see that 0.06 exists, play the new episode, and know I'm not just talking shit here.
Maybe this will cure me of my stupid perfectionism, who knows?

In the public version, very likely, but we're not sure if the saves will work on the tester build or not. That's why we test, I guess XD But it is the intent.
