Corporate Development Memo (2/8/2026 Public)

Hello everyone!

I am doing a public post to talk about a few things and this is my third full week of work on the next update!

Karlsson's Gambit Episode 8.32

First the main weekly output --> 147 renders this week ---> 272+147 ---> 419 renders so far.

I've been doing pretty well for just three full weeks of work! (I also did some prep about 2 days before formally starting so maybe about 23 days in)

Sorry for some repeat images for Patrons as I actually barely had any images in this week's renders that could qualify for a public post!

My 2026 schedule feels so relaxed without any massive energy planning a big wedding and trip! I'm really adjusting well to married life and I feel so much more balanced with time compared to 2025! A secret of my happiness with work balance has always been my ability to never "be in a rut" meaning I can kind of put my hours together for a given week/month in almost any combo/order depending how I feel for each of my work, etc. I'm doing that even more so far this year and it's really great!

The current scene I am working on with more adult images (can't post them here as public post) is on Discord this week. It's a long scene because it has dom/sub versions and even different menus (what she can choose to do and/or ask Kane for advice on for the dom side) depending on Olivia's morality. I like having some branching and real meaningful choices but of course it makes some scenes a bit long.

I was debating something about the monthly poll images but now I think I'm ready to share my ideas on that and will put up a poll Tues/Wed or so about how to handle this stuff.

The Quantum Academy ("TQA")

My next public post here will be either February 27th or March 6th (a Friday this time) to help Anais announce her Patreon page for The Quantum Academy. (she wants to post it on a Friday) I looked at the page with her this week and it's looking about ready. A few notes she wanted to add right now which I agree with:

There will just be at first a small $2 tier or so which is just because of the need to have a way to post adult images properly on the site for character previews and other thing. There may be a few other tiers but these are mostly for her friends/supporters that already know her and want to do that for her right away. I think she won't post true normal tiers until her demo/prologue is out. (This will be roughly I would guess between 600-800 renders) But it won't be ready right when the page publishes which is why she doesn't want people overspending on anything until they play the game.

I can disclose now that I have been quietly helping her test some face models quite a few episodes back. We always discussed doing this together someday but I didn't really trust her yet to be responsible and dedicated.

I do now.

The characters will look different for TQA with hair/bodies/likely a few other things but the faces will be a baseline for editing/creating a few characters. The game is a different vibe than this one so while there may some similarity/recognition on some level between games I think it should be ok (I hope!) as they won't be carbon copies or anything.

I believe these are the character face models in testing from KG for TQA and possible roles:

Astrid Karlsson face model --> Main love interest model will be the same exactly except a few tweaks because it's the same character.

Charlotte --> morphed younger (side character)

Doctor Chastain face model --> side character

Chanel --> morphed to MILF (side character)

Lily --> Main love interest very major character like Astrid

Angelica --> Main love interest potential or side (heavy debate on this actually with three people heh)

Maria Reyes --> side character

I might be missing 1-2 but I don't think so -- there are lot of new models as well and I believe this will be part of her early sharing of images, etc.

I remember doing this very early in KG and not sure most know this, but Patrons did pick a few key characters with poll votes super early in the game's development. Veronica Karlsson's face and overall look was picked by Patron votes before Episode 2 and Kane's hair was voted on right when the game was pretty much brand new!

I want to emphasize (I have made this clear to her big time) that I am only writing and not doing any art/renders to mess up my time negatively. So I don't anticipate any impact on KG development at all. I am very slow with rendering/art but write very fast (I would say it's like a 10 vs 1 time ratio) so this kind of help isn't really that taxing for me. But we'll see.

KG Medium Term Road Map:

I anticipate going back to Game 6 (remainder of it) this week as I have skipped around in the order of this update so far with scenes I wanted to get out first. But this scene will be very early in the update for the sub path and before some renders above.

I will test the game after next week (first month of work done) and I anticipate to be over 500 renders which is pretty good for me -- especially at the start as I tend to be a bit slow at first.

I am quietly optimistic that my extreme balance with life/time right now might let me do some nice chunks of productivity some weeks. I hope so!

Super Bowl was fun but it seemed like a boring game? Next year, the Super Bowl is on Valentine's Day! We've already worked this out between us hehe.
