a very happy ✨🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month! 🏳️‍⚧️✨

i sincerely hope you’re all doing well! on my end, i’m taking some time away from social media to take care of my health!

recently, we’ve found with friends that reconnecting with relatives and nature can be a healthy way to get better, finding childhood pictures, videos, songs and memories, and rewatching comforting movies and retro games helps with memory loss too :)

(and im taking care of my mental health through art therapy, which i’ve found to also be of great help recently!)

pride month is a moment of celebration for all of us, in all our diversities, showing our colours to the world is a powerful act of resilience, and everyone is welcome to join the movement, especially allies, friends, colleagues, family members, and anyone who just wants to have fun!

there’s always more power in unity, and going to pride parades, marches, concerts and events has been another way for us to heal from the rejection dysphoria and trauma (if ya know… ya know🥲)

going to pride events with friends and family is healing, it’s another way to create new memories of pure joy, and everyone is welcome at pride :)

my thoughts are also very much with the trans community, queerdos, intersex folks, nonbinaries, and anyone who doesnt fit in a « category » and just wants to express their gender, identity, sexuality, or just their differences the way they want!

june is a month of positivity, with pride events, festivals, cultural events, sporting events, concerts, summer vibes (in the northern hemisphere), cozy vibes (in the southern hemisphere), and more positivity to come!!!
