Unofficial Dev Update

Alright, so the GPU from China didn't work out. No offense to anyone from there or New Egg. This seller was just full of crap (even though they had good reviews). But, I was going to be saving a grand if they'd have delivered. It should have been here two weeks ago. I gave them an extra week because they kept saying it was coming. But it never did. So, at the END of that week I finally put in a dispute to get my money back to get a GPU from the U.S. off Ebay.

This one should be here in ten business days. Then I'll have a dev update a few weeks from then. Why am I writing this? Because I'm being transparent with you guys. Like I said in the last message I just don't roll any other way than that. Anyway, I spent a $1000 more and have depleted half my savings to get one from the U.S. I just ordered it this morning. Because, I finally got the funds back into my bank account from the dispute with the merchant on New Egg.

So what does that mean for you? It means for the first time I'm gonna have to say what a lot of other devs do that I fucking hate! This next update will release when it's ready.

Look, this has been a shit show for me too. I've written ahead couple of scenes. But, I just don't work that way with writing the whole update without putting in images. Not to mention writing is the easy part for me. It's setting up scenes that take longest (that's just a fact for all devs).

I appreciate all of you who continue to stick by me through this. It's really made me depressed (not clinically) not being able to move forward because I gotta wait on hardware. You have no idea how much your support during this time means to me. I'm doing the absolute best I can. Believe that, and trust me I'm hopping mad about the situation!

I'll give you guys a dev update a few weeks after I get the new GPU and can start progressing again. I actually spoke to this seller via Ebay messaging back and fourth, and they are legit. Again thank you for your continued support during this time. It's been terrible for me as a creator, and I'll have a dev update to you guys as soon as I can. This sucks on a bunch of levels for me. Creatively (lack of being able to do so), financially, and mentally. But, I'm doing exactly what the game title says at the moment, and that's taking things one day at a time. So that's where we stand, and I hate it. But, like I said I'm doing my best.
