August 2023 Preview: Gallia will ride again!

Hope you are all having a great summer. Today we have the great pleasure to showcase this incredible miniature preview post here in Patreon, the complete and massive Gallia Batallion coming this August 2023 to Highlands Miniatures. But first, a few words from Ramon:
As you may know, when we began this journey more than three years ago, our only purpose was to develop our ideal medieval line of miniatures. If we are here today it is because our everlasting passion for the medieval fantasy literature, cinema, videogames, and artwork. It is really our thing.
From the Lord of the Rings illustrations by Alan Lee and John Howe to the incredible depiction of historical figures in Osprey Men at Arms, the influence of many different artists through their late 14th century and early 15th century illustrations, like Gerry Embleton or Angus McBride, came to life with these miniatures. And even though these are fantasy miniatures, you will find many of these historical elements in the design of these miniatures.
When the community decided a few months ago through the latest poll in Patreon to bring back again Gallia and re-start the line these following months it was great news.
Hope you guys like them as much as I do.
So… yes, Gallia will ride again this August 2023 in Highlands Miniatures!
And regarding the miniatures, we have been talking with many of you in our Discord server regarding the modularity of this line of miniatures, only the Knights of Gallia will arrive with modular heads. The rest of the miniatures will come as single pieces, as the medieval design we are following usually requires bringing certain elements around the neck and shoulders.
You will also find two alternative builds for the Gallia Trebuchet, one ready to fire and other one after the machine has been fired. The Gallian Archers set includes a few terrain elements.
The August 2023 Release will be composed of:
10x Gallia Men at Arms with Halberds and Shields
3x Gallia Men at Arms Command Group
8x Gallian Archers
3x Gallian Archers Command Group
5x Knights of Gallia
3x Knights of Gallia Command Group
5x Gallia Horses
1x Gallia Trebuchet

How can I download these files??? Trebuchet is stunning. Amazing sculpts!
I've compared the Knights with my GW Bretonians and they are comparable in size. Hope that is helpful. I've also printed them at 28mm but they are a lot smaller.
This might be a silly question, how do these guys scale with the GW Bretonians? Are they scaled so they will slot right in amongst those ranks of troops?
Hi there! All our miniatures are designed at 32mm heroic scale. You may need to change the scale if you want 28mm heroic scale miniatures or any other scale. :)
Hi! I am a new Patreon, these awesome models forced me to take the plunge! I was wondering what is you usual release schedule? Are the monthly models normally released toward the end of the month? I am so excited :D
Hi Tristan! Welcome! The monthly set of miniatures is usually available between the 10th and 15th of each month :)

These are all brilliant! Thank you so much for these beautiful models. I wanted to play this army for a while but the originals are unaffordable and the alternative versions never suited me. These are EXACTLY how I want them to be, Also, one-piece models are fantastic!

Hi Neil, Our Sunland range of miniatures will receive more updates in the future, but we cannot confirm any date for that future update. :)

Sacrebleu! :) May I ask how the heads/helmets are connected? Will we be able to chance them with (sunnland, cough, cough) heads and helmets?
Glad you like them Alexander! The helmets come with round joints, so you will probably be able to use also the Sunland heads with these miniatures (you may need to sand a bit the joints in that case)
Home run! I have't begun printing my sunland yet, and here this comes on top of it.

These are amazing. Gallia and the Undead line are what got me into Highland Miniatures (and 3d printing in general).

Now I am really sad that my LCD screen broke. I will have to patiently wait till august ends for replacement but better believe me. After that I will be printing them like madman <3

My head just exploded from excitement! I love the fish knight, I actually "made" my own one that's similar (just cutting & combining stls), but this fish looks angry so is much better, haha!
Glad you like them Will! We scoured the web looking for jousting helmet crests and we found many incredible medieval illustrations including fishes, so it was a must!
You guys always knock it out of the park. Great work. Any plans on offering bigger rectangular bases say like 30x60?
Glad you like them Lance! We didn't know about a 30x60mm square base, but if people use them we can make them! Remember that you already have a big set of round and square bases in the Google Drive Archive :)
