Late 2026 Roadmap in Highlands Miniatures
In today’s Roadmap we will look at what’s coming next to Highlands Miniatures for the second half of 2026, based on the results of our last Fantasy Poll.
But first, let's announce the results of the Highlands Miniatures community vote!
Fantasy Poll
The results of the Fantasy Poll we posted in Patreon and Tribes are finally here!
Tribes Multivote includes multiple preference from Tribes members as separated data due to Tribes poll limitations.
We have selected four winners from this poll and we will be working on these fantasy races along 2026 and 2027 -and maybe in 2028- based on the vote order:
Norse Tribes: in first position with 468 votes, the Norse Tribes. Top choice by the community and the next fantasy race coming to Highlands Miniatures.
Tide Lords: in second position with 406 votes, the Tide Lords. We will begin to work on these corsair inspired elves in early 2027.
Volhynia: these eastern european humans come in third position with 369 votes. We expect to begin working on this fantasy race in early / mid 2027.
Esperia: in fourth position, these spanish based conquistadors with 366 votes. We expect to work on this fantasy race in early 2028.

What will come next?
August
For this upcoming August 2026, the Norse Tribes will raid the shores of Highlands Miniatures with basic infantry and calvary miniatures.
September
We will continue working on the Norse Tribes in September 2026 with new elite infantry and cavalry miniatures.
October
We continue our Spooktober tradition this October 2026 with a new update of our Transilvanya line of miniatures. Refreshed miniatures and new unique miniatures will arrive for the spookiest month of the year.
November
A new set of Norse Tribes will arrive in November 2026 to unleash the savage and frenzy force of the Norsemen.
December
The mythical side of the Norse Tribes will arrive this December 2026 for an epic set of creatures and monsters.

Banshees is something that’s missing from the Transilvanya range and is needed to create a proper army. Would love to get 2 or 3 of those! Or at least one. 2 are often used though.
Odd feeling. Thrilled to see Norse Tribes and Tide Lords a the top, gutted to see Ogres drop to last place. I feel you have such an amazing unique view of them. Regardless, excited to see the Norse Tribes!
Awesome! I really hope to see Marauder Tribe Huscarls, because the actual figures don't exist. The Warriors of Chaos Arcane Journal tells you to kitbash them, by giving the marauder horsemen a warrior of chaos helmet and shield.
I understand voting and moving forward with the primary vote winners. Just curious - will the Halflings and Great Khans be placed on the schedule at some point in the coming year or so. Just hoping all the nations will eventually be available. Thanks.
Hi Kevin! Yes, all fantasy races will be sculpted in the future. The poll and vote preference help us define in which order sculpt them. As it usually takes six months to complete a fantasy army, the first four fantasy races will take us about two years to complete!

Bonjour, je suis déçu pour les Norses, on a déjà de nouveaux modèles avec les figurines officielles. D'autres armées ont besoin de nouvelles sculptures dues à leurs très vieux modèles. J'attends de voir s'il y a des exclusivités, sinon je vais sûrement mettre en pause en attendant une autre armée.
