Tbf if all they did was maul each other during situations like this without anyone on standby for healing it would just reduce their numbers in a manner that could not be fixed since dragon lifespans and how they work. That said I'm glad it wasn't just wrestling. I love a good fight but spending forever just grappling kinda takes away the intensity imo.
