This update won't give you a bunch of new journal entries to follow. This update is MOSTLY exploration/sandbox content. You just need to explore the game to find all the new stuff mentioned below.
What’s New in This Update
30+ new songs added throughout the game.
Added a new Hip-Hop radio station.
Added new intro music and updated music for several areas and scenes.
Added dedicated house-cleaning music.
Added new Skill Up GIFs and Negative Affinity GIFs.
Updated and expanded the game’s contextual mouse icons, including new icons for working and playing with toys.
Added a Video Gallery for unlocked scenes.
Added a completely new Dream Sequence.
Added the new Witch Scene.
Added a new Dog Puzzle sequence.
Added a new Attic area with new objects, interactions, and progression.
Added several new inventory, ingredient, potion, fish, and interaction icons.
Added new ingredient gathering images and objects.
Added the new Herb Gathering system.
Added new purchasable items, including gloves.
Added new progression items and interactable objects, including keys, bolt cutters, and the attic hook.
Added new Polaroids and adult magazines to discover.
Added additional environmental objects and interactables around the house.
Added new Cabin “Ask for Sex” scenes.
Added new Cabin sex videos.
Added two new Thirst Trap bathroom characters, each with multiple scenes.
Added new Thirst Trap climax videos.
Added a trackable Creampied stat.
Added a new contraceptive system, including monthly use and recurring reminders.
Added pregnancy-related progression, including delayed morning-sickness events.
Updated post-sex cleanup so Arousal and Horny are properly reset after sex scenes.
Water and Energy Drinks can now be stored in inventory and consumed later.
Added a new hydration/urination system. Drinking too much now means Annika may actually need to find a bathroom.
Added NPC map-placement code, allowing characters to dynamically appear at different locations.
Added new NPC-at-work scenes.
Added a Cheat Menu.
Updated the End of Content disclaimer.
Updated the main menu to reflect the new update.
Removed the old Charisma stat increase from the Pixar magazine.
Various smaller visual, audio, interaction, inventory, and scene improvements throughout the game.

My computer will mot let me download because of the bug. Al
The Audio, you just need to take the Audio.rpy file out of your current game, put it somewhere easy to reach. Then install the new game, then overwrite the NEW audio, with the one you saved from the old version.

*SPOILERS* Thirst Trap Mens Room now has a chance to start two separate events with different men each time you enter the bathroom. New Attic Location - Puzzle to open it. You can now talk to Chance and Elliot at their cabins when they're home, to ask for sex. There are TWO new Magazines and One new Polaroid.

anyone confused about the Hotfix, open the hotfix, copy or move the System folder contained within the Game folder, then got to HC and the game folder, place system folder in there, it will work and wont crash
I had the same issue so I just opened up the hotfix files and used the 2 system files to replace the original ones

Theres a bug in the bar game as well. I have to keep hitting ignore after i serve drinks and move to the bar. Theres 2 red codes near the bottom of the error log
Did you get the hotfix? IF you got the hotfix and that didn't work, I'll need you to take a screenshot, or copy the BBC code for the error you're seeing.

Save Safety Bug. I'm hotfixing it now. You guys will get a Bug Fix Patch by the end of the day. Once I get more bug reports. So far, yours is the only one.
