Happily Ever After - Buy/Build Items

This is a conversion from the buy/build Sims3Store Set "Happily Ever After" - for your fairytale houses, in Olden Sims style. All items adapted and edited for Sims 4. 13 swatches. All items are base game compatible. 54 items.

Part 1 - Kitchen

• A stove, in iron, decorated with a cute bear. Off-the-grid.

• A larder (refrigerator) in wood. Off-the-grid.

• A stove hood with decorative items

• A stove hood without deco

• A kitchen counter with additional parts

• A kitchen counter island set with additional parts

• A sink

Part 2 - Livingroom

• A sofa

• A loveseat

• A living-chair

• A coffee table

• Bookshelves - two heights, with or without books. Both empty versions have lots of slots.

Part 3 - Lighting

• A candle in a small natural treestump

• A Candle Tree - five candles included

• A Lantern with a candle inside

You can easily change intensity of the candles in game.

Part 4 - Dining

• A dining table that seats 4

• A dining table that seats 8

• Dining Chair "Forest"

• Dining Chair "Sunshine"

• Simple dining stool

• Stump stool

• Buffet table with tuning as EA:s large buffets (NEW, uses the tuning from recent challenges.)

• Buffet Table Cake/Food Stand - this is a small Stand that you can place anywhere, and use it to make any in-game food (not CC food, sorry, will add when I figure it out) - tuning by Coolspear included. You can also place a cake on this one and it works for birthday and wedding options.  Combine this with the large EA buffet and you get maximal functionality to party feed your sims.

• A 1 tile bar. Use it with the counters from the Happily Ever After Set, or standalone. 

• A bar stool.

Part 5 - Deco

• a decorative basket with eggs

• a decorative carrier with wood

• a deco wall clock

• a decorative glass dome with eggs in a tree branch inside

• a decorative owl on a small wall shelf

• this small wall shelf separated and made functional as a shelf

• a decorative shelf with pots and pans

• this shelf, separated edited toi be 1 tile width, and functional as a shelf. Use as a shelf, or a window sill or anything you like :)

• a decorative wall hanger with hooks and deco items

• this wall hanger separated and made into a wall hanging dresser, with slots on the shelf.

• a pedestal to place deco on or use as a side table

• Oh, and two mirrors, one small, one big - not in the pic but they are in the zip :)

Part 6 - Clutter

• 10 small decorative vases, cans, and just pure deco items

• three sets of deco books

• a working small group of three candles

8 swatches each - the items share textures, so they are merged. Unmerge if you want to edit or remerge.

Part 7 - Build

• a door

• five windows in different sizes.  Two with flower deco outside. The ones withou deco has slots instead, and you can turn them inside and put stuff on them, like a candle or deco.

• eight matching walls made with textures from the set.
