The Haunting of Hill House Episode 1 (SURPRISE TOM PICK!!)

I can’t wait for Tom’s take on the other episodes. And I fervently hope we will review Midnight Mass and The Fall of the House of Usher…

Omg I never in a million years would have expected this one! I'm so excited for you, Tom!! It's so good!

im over the moon

Just a note, this series is not told in a linear fashion. It will be a series of the past and the present interwoven with very clever transitions. You’ll love it!

I really do hope you continue with this series because it’s the only reason I rejoined the membership. 🙏🙏🙏 that and GOT !!!

It’s so strange that almost all reactors to this show miss who Theo is even though she was one of the first siblings shown on screen 😂

TOM! Yessssss!!! This is such a great show! 🫶🏻

one of my favorite shows EVER. mike flanagan is a genius. haunting of hill house, haunting of bly manor, midnight mass, the fall of the house of usher, and CARRIE (the new adaptation of stephen king’s book) are all by him. they are beautifully written stories that i think you will LOVE, tom.

Mike Flanagan is a brilliant. I have loved almost everything of his that ive watched so far. and very fitting i think not just for the season but the channel. i havent watched it yet but they he just did a version of Carrie as well. I imagine it is of the same quality as the rest of his work.

Awesome pick. Thanks Tom. You’re off to a great start 🩵.

EXCELLENT CHOICE, TOM! I cannot stress this enough. There’s so much mental health in this show that you’ll LOVE diving into.

Please react to the "Locke and Key" series.

oh this is a fun one and good for October!

W pick!

6:28 he's checking the door because he closed it when he left.

The way that Nellie's mouth opened at the end reminded me of what Irene was saying about her husband's mouth opening and a horn sound coming out of it.

LET'S GO!!! Amazing show! I don't like scary things and this show is so much more.

Tom recognize one of the actors! "ET phone home." 😁

Yes! I loved The haunting of Bly Manor as well. I love the decade that it takes place in. I think Tom would appreciate it as well. It contains some of the subject matter we discuss.
