Thought begets heresy.
I think The Deer Hunter would be a perfect movie after this. Those who know, know.
I appreciate you briefly talking about how much more complex trauma healing is when you have multiple traumas stacked on top of each other that happened at the same time, and/or traumas having occurred shortly one after another. I don't think many people realize just how much more difficult it is to process your traumas after having gone through multiple traumas in such a short span of time (or your whole life for those with traumatic childhoods). I think it's slowly becoming more and more discussed though, ever since COVID, because pretty much the whole world was traumatized in some shape or form, during the pandemic, and were expected to move on like none of that just happened when the world eventually began to reopen. I myself have had several traumatic years from 2020-to current. Some of that is emotional/mental trauma, but in the last year alone I've had several surgeries and hospital stays, some of which were from complications following after a previous surgery. Having medical and physical trauma thrown right on top of all the mental trauma I was still processing literally broke me physically and mentally in ways I'm still in the process of recovering from. It's only in the last six months or so where I've begun to feel more like me, where I've begun to remain calm and have less automatic (non-constructive) emotional reactions/outbursts towards my family whenever triggered by whatever thing they said/did, where my mental focus has improved enough where I can properly write down or voice my thoughts again, where I've had a much easier time of staying regulated and calm overall, where my energy has improved and I'm not sleeping as much during the day (it wasn't depression sleep, it was post-neurosurgery recovery sleep). It's only now, 6 years after some of this initial trauma first occurred, where I'm in a place where I can process it and begin to move on from it. I'm fortunate to have a family that's supportive about all of this, but I have lost a few friends that wound up not being as understanding (or as good a friend) as I thought because they couldn't understand why I wasn't 'back to normal' yet.
This was so peak to watch after waiting for the release. Especially with all the hype it had at the time with season one. The ending was chefs kiss 😘.

The "bad guy" / "dog" seemed like he might have been normal at some point in life and got so desensitized that he was just psycho.
I’ve been waiting for this omg, and don’t be afraid to guess!🫂
The entire squid game is a week. Each day is 1 game, with 5 games.

Tom...you just made my Labor Day that much better! Let's go! 😁
The first game was one week, one game everyday
You now know you're being watched. Why would you lead these people right to where your daughter is/.(sure they may already know, but still) Going to see his kid would be the bad choice. I dont get thinking he should have gone to see her when they're tracking him I wouldnt want them anywhere near my kiddo.
I never thought of that, i just hope he sees her again at some point
Enjoyed! Not sure if you ever watched the movie Train to Busan but the recruiter guy played in that movie
