Talking about apostrophes in grammar, our union president at work had a shirt where the back said "Thank's" and his name! I was the one who brought it up as an error!

I lived in Kentucky for a short stint in life (for a job)..my last name is Italian, my dad is from Sicilian ancestry. Someone I worked with, who grew up in the area, asked me if I was Jewish after reading my last name.
I don't get equating homelessness with crime. Just because someone is homeless doesn't automatically make them dangerous. They usually don't want to be messed with and don't want to mess with you.
And arresting someone who is homeless isn’t going to help stop the homelessness when they lose their job due to being in jail and/or the fines they have to pay for being arrested!

LMAO, I had the same convo w my bro about NA. I said na I'm Atheist, he said you don't have to believe in God, just a higher power. I said Stupid what's a higher power that's not god, it's useless to even argue it. I said if it helps keep doing it. There was a weird thing that happened around 2021, where grocery stores started serving beer and wine, I think cuz most bars were closed. I'll bet there were some drunk assholes who put that to an end. Dealing with drunk ppl at the grocery store could be a nightmare.
