Yield Meter Progress

It's back lol. In single player anyway. Still have to add the mp code. This version of the yield meter will have 2 binds (2 more when the worked area meter is in place). The first shows or hides the meter and the second clears it (while it is showing).

The yield meter will keep record of the average yield since it has last been cleared. This means you can harvest an entire field and see what your overall yield was. I believe that was the behavior of the FS19 version.

Anyway, as I said before, public release will be after the worked area display is also finished. That shouldn't take a super long time, but it does take a little longer than the yield meter. In the meantime, members will be able to mess with this ahead of time while I work the bugs out lol.
