Fun fact, in the manga only all the gods of destruction have a fight instead of this expo and all the gods try to take on beerus at the same time due to the fact the 7th universe caused the tournament, you mentioned wanting to see the gods fight, I would say go and give that chapter a read, you'll enjoy it.
Honestly I would watch his reaction to reading that and going through it. If he wanted to record it that is.
The Mortal Level ranking system does not necessarily denote fighting strength of a Universe, but its overall health and conditions. And Universe 7 is close to the bottom. Even if U7 has some of the most powerful mortals, they are a few in the vastness of the Universe. And between Beerus’ wonton destruction after being fed bad food, Frieza’s genocidal reign, and Supreme Kai Shin’s passivity, leaving only around 20 something odd planets with life, it makes sense why they would be ranked so low. That said, U9 is almost half of U7’s ranking. Makes you think how horrid that place must be in comparison
Mortal Level is a general ranking of a universe's life cycle and its mortal civilizations. A higher Mortal Level doesn't equate to a stronger pool of fighters either. It would have something to do with Beerus and his failure to help with the development of the universe(laziness) and the Supreme Kai not interacting also
A lot of the universes in this are parodies of other IPs, while some aren’t, which is kinda weird. Like the 9th Universe afaik isn’t a parody but the 11th is clearly doing Power Rangers or like Kamen Rider.

Bergamo is from the "bergamot orange" a type of Citrus from Italy. Seems like a hybrid of Lime and Bitter Orange. It is actually used as a spice or flavour in mediterranean dishes.
Top wasn't originally planned to be the person under the cape, but was switched after the first appearance. So the reveal comes off a little strange

I mean without Goku all the universes except the top 4 would have been destroyed, Goku gave them a chance to survive. Bergamo gaslighted the gods into hating Goku so hard
Lol the three wolves are named after three members of a family of plants. Lavender after lavender, basil after basil, and bergamo after bergamot. You may know bergamot as the oil from the bergamot fruit is used to make earl grey tea.
