if u switch to the manga would u read the cover stories aswell cus theres so much canon that you've missed because the anime does not animated them the onlky 2 was the buggy aftermath when luffy beast him all the way back in orange town and koby and helmopo training with garp dude theres like sooo many more they just never animated

I think you really should hold off on the manga. The crazy shit that is happening on the manga will be much better experienced on the anime. I'd say after Elbaph ends in the anime it would be the right point to pick up on the manga considering we will probably have at least 2/3 more arcs after this one. It's your decision for sure, but that's just my take.

You are right, it'd be the same when you catch up to the manga because you'll just wait weekly again, and where we are at the manga, it's peak, even more peak if you experience it for the first time through watching the anime. So i think it's worth not reading it yet until this year's season is over if you really want to read the manga.

yea they definitely could've gotten through this beginning part a little faster but it was still cool to see for sure. The one thing that I'm constantly thinking about tho is that we're only getting 26 episodes this year so I hope they're gonna try and get as far as they can before it goes on break again.

That new soundtrack when they were being drugged went kind of hard though you don't get hot bangers like that in the manga. Also literally everything else in the arc is better than this at any pace.

The manga isss soo good. The only pacing you get is Bam crazy chapter! Bam another crazy chapter! Oda is “chefs kiss”👨🏻‍🍳

Think its worth holding off from the manga for now just because the reveals alongside the animation that we're getting will make so much better to experience for the first time, the stuff in the manga right now will be insane when its get animated.

Personally I like seeing your reaction to things for the first time in the anime but I would completely understand picking up the manga. If you do I would at least ask for a video of you reacting to the chapters

The pacing of this arc has been actually better. Some thought this whole beginning could have just been left out but i personally liked it
