Glad you loved the finale of part 3, I think these are some of the best Jojo episodes in the whole series!

Like most people I love how Jack got so immersed he didn't even question the flying (Yeah it know its Stand jumping hard to convey in the anime)

I personally like to read it as Jotaro has always had time stop, but only on a subconscious level, looking at the way Dio was testing his own powers with a shotgun shooting at him, and then Jotaro's intro where he shows off Star Platinum for the first time by shooting a gun at his own head and catching it. I don't think Jotaro noticed, but I feel like it works that Star Platinum is stopping top to enhance the already crazy speed to catch the bullet the instant it's out of the gun Then also looking at D'arby where he's just getting a drink and lighting a cigarette in an instant, I think it works as Jotaro being unaware of time stopping, but Star Platinum doing it and everyone just assumes it's the enhanced speed, he never did anything that would make it obvious time was stopped (like doing two things at once instantly, how Kakyoin figured it out against Dio) so no one jumped to that crazy idea of time stopping, ALSO- I could do literally essays on jojo openings but one fun detail for this one, there's a shot of the crusaders on a staircase... on the left we have Joseph and Polnareff, in the center we have Jotaro, and on the right we have Avdol, Iggy, and Kakyoin, they literally split them up on who lives and dies, with the protag as the center piece

A really sad detail is in the ending. The song is called "Last Train Home" and you can see Joseph hold only 3 train tickets in his hand.

Another thing I want to mention is the Dio episodes make the D'arby the Gambler episodes even better retroactively. Jotaro gambled his mother's soul against D'arby revealing the secret of Dio's stand. Avdol points out D'arby's reaction shows he knows the secret of Dio's stand. Jotaro thinks he's tricking D'arby into Star Platinum being faster than D'arby thinks he is by lighting a cigarette or getting drinks while D'arby isn't looking. But when D'arby thinks about Dio's stand he realizes that if Dio has a stand that can stop time Jotaro could have a stand that stops time, which would allow him to swap all 5 cards without D'arby's knowledge. At the very least D'arby cannot guarantee Jotaro didn't swap out all 5 cards so he can't be 100% certain he should call.

Joseph loves to fake die

Don't worry Jack at least Hol Horse is still alive. I also think it would have been better if Joseph had just died there but thinking about it Holly would have probably died from shock upon hearing it so maybe it's necessary. I'm really excited for Part 4 I think the highs of Part 4, 5, 6, and 7 are way higher than the highs of Part 1, 2, and 3. Although the Vanilla Ice episodes are tough to beat and who can forget Oingo Boingo lol.

With DIO destroyed the only thing that awaits the joestar family are great days…right?

What's funny is I know you've seen things that parody Jojo's and you didn't even know. Just wanted you to know that in the opening 2 of part 3 on the stairs section, you can see those who are on the right side of the stairs died

When the text pops up or narrator himself announces they're dead, case in point Joesph and Avdol's first death Soul appearance can be death but it doesnt set it in stone like the text one

next part is so good, great concept

The ending is bitter sweet as hell. Like they accomplished their goal but they lost people for it. I'm glad Part 3 ended on a good note for you though.
