Rangiku Matsumoto isn't a captain although she is, "captain-class" according to Espada Hallibel, since there can only be 1 captain per squad and her and Hitsugaya are both in squad 10. Also everyone is wrong Ulmayda is hype you're right that he has aura because it's the truth. Also Soi-Fon is my mom.
Just to clarify, Rangiku is not captain level. The meaning of what Halibel said is lost in translation. In Japanese they are not called "lieutenants" they are called "vice-captains". Basically Halibel is saying that Rangiku is "captain class" because she is at the level of a vice-captain which is technically a type of "captain".
