Sending Chopper in first when you have Nami and Pedro who actually specialize in being thieves is hilarious. Why do they always put Chopper on the spot like this? 😂
Also, Sanji being unable to erase his identity as a Straw Hat is so damn wholesome. He can't lie to himself and forget those bonds, the crew means everything to him. It's not like Luffy left him much choice but to go back to that spot since he basically held himself hostage, but still. That was clearly Luffy's intention, to make it so that Sanji could not save his captain by merely sacrificing himself. Luffy is very emotionally intelligent when he wants to be and knew exactly what he needed to do in order to rescue Sanji.
