Great news! FREE 360° Video! I’ve created an automation tool that makes working in MMD much easier and learned to produce 7K 360° videos.

Over the past week, I’ve been working intensively on a program that can render VR videos with a single button click , as well as render 8K videos in separate parts .
This approach bypasses an MMD bug where the program freezes when rendering 8K videos with 1300–1600 frames.

💫VR 180° & 360° Rendering Improvements

This week, I also deeply studied how to properly create 360° VR videos.
I upgraded my program so it now renders VR footage piece by piece, sequentially, with two modes available:

🔹 180° VR
🔹 360° VR

The program also automatically converts large MMD output files into more compact and Premiere Pro–friendly formats!
In Adobe Premiere Pro, I manually created a mask to stitch all VR parts together for 360° videos. The entire VR rendering workflow is now much faster and significantly simplified!

All VR 180° videos now include special metadata, allowing them to be watched in a regular video player—even without VR equipment!
The new 360° video also includes this metadata and can be downloaded for free from my Discord server.

📐 For correct 360° display, I recommend using a 5:3 crop

☁️ Cloud Storage Migration
This year, I was extremely disappointed with Google Drive - it’s inconvenient both for me and for paid VR subscribers.
Because of that, I’ve fully migrated to MEGA.
📦 All of my videos are now stored on MEGA Cloud.

This year has been very intense, and next year I plan to:

🎥 Create more regular flat videos

MMDでの作業を格段に楽にする自動化ツールを作成し、7Kの360°動画を制作できるようになりました。

今週は、360°VR動画を正しく作成する方法についても深く研究しました。
そしてプログラムを改良し、VR映像をパートごとに順番にレンダリングできるようにしました。現在は2つのモードを利用できます：

このプログラムは、大容量のMMD出力ファイルを、より軽量でPremiere Proに適した形式へ自動的に変換する機能も備えています。
また、Adobe Premiere Proでは手動でマスクを作成し、360°VR動画用にすべてのVRパーツをつなぎ合わせました。
これにより、VRレンダリングのワークフロー全体が大幅に高速化され、かなり簡素化されました！
