Hello everyone! This week I prepared 5 VR videos for you (2 more than usual!) and 5 videos with exclusive edits.

🌟 I noticed a strong interest from you in VR180 content, and I decided that it was time to completely rethink my VR video production workflow. My goal was to make the process more convenient, reduce repetitive tasks, and potentially allow me to create even more VR videos in the future.

As a result, I significantly improved an older script that was used for automatic VR video creation. It had many issues and limitations, but I managed to resolve almost all of them. Based on this script, I developed a user-friendly application with a functional UI, so rendering automation is no longer a problem.

At the moment, the main limitation is the long rendering time: VR videos are rendered in 10 separate parts and then merged into a single video. This could be solved with an additional PC, but right now I don’t have the budget to build another powerful machine, so this will have to wait.

That said, I’ll definitely keep you updated if there’s any progress in speeding up VR and 8K rendering. As always, I’ll continue releasing new videos every week and bringing you fresh content!

👀✨ What are my plans for the future? Let me share!

First of all, I want to simplify the creation of 8K videos. Even if 8K isn’t necessary for everyone (since very few TVs support it), it’s extremely important for lower resolutions like 4K, 2K, and Full HD. Downscaling from 8K provides much better anti-aliasing and results in a cleaner, higher-quality image 🎥✨
The main issue is that MMD is an old and unstable program—it often freezes when rendering 8K. To solve this, I plan to upgrade my VR rendering tool with automatic 8K rendering in parts, which should significantly speed up my workflow 🚀

I also plan to release more VR videos. The process is already almost fully automated (except for manual camera and lighting adjustments), but the biggest limitation right now is hardware—I only have one powerful PC. With a second one, VR and 8K rendering would be much faster, allowing me to focus more on creativity and release even more content 💻 This is something I’m planning for the future.

Another goal is to add more exclusivity for paid tiers, including unique and unusual exclusive videos just for you 🔥

Finally, when I have enough time, I may introduce a limited Patreon tier for custom video requests. Members would be able to request videos with any model, song, and motion they want 🎶
However, this is a long-term plan—most likely sometime in 2026, as I’m currently very limited on time and energy ⏳

😓 This week was very busy! I created more VR videos than usual and produced exclusive 8K-quality versions. I also saw your support on Patreon and decided to further optimize and automate the VR video creation process by developing a program with a convenient and functional UI. 変更点による違いを確認できる新しいデモもDiscordサーバーで公開しています。

🌟 皆さんがVR180コンテンツに強い関心を持っていることに気づき、VR動画制作のワークフローを全面的に見直す時期が来たと判断しました。
目的は、作業をより快適にし、繰り返し作業を減らし、将来的にさらに多くのVR動画を制作できるようにすることです。

その結果、以前使っていた自動VR動画生成スクリプトを大幅に改善しました。
問題や制限が多くありましたが、そのほとんどを解決することができました。
さらに、このスクリプトをベースに使いやすいUIを備えたアプリケーションを開発し、レンダリングの自動化が簡単に行えるようになりました。

現在の主な制限はレンダリング時間の長さです。
VR動画は10個のパートに分けてレンダリングし、最後に1本の動画へ結合しています。
これはPCをもう1台用意すれば解決できますが、現時点では予算がないため、将来の課題となっています。

とはいえ、VRや8Kレンダリングの高速化に進展があれば、必ずお知らせします。
これまで通り、毎週新しい動画を公開し、新鮮なコンテンツをお届けします！

👀✨ 今後の予定について少し共有させてください！

まず、8K動画制作の簡略化を目指しています。
8Kは対応TVが少ないため必須ではありませんが、4K・2K・フルHDといった低解像度にとって非常に重要です。
8Kからダウンスケールすることで、アンチエイリアスが向上し、よりクリーンで高品質な映像になります 🎥✨

主な問題は、MMDが古く不安定なソフトであることです。
8Kレンダリング中にフリーズすることが頻繁にあります。
これを解決するため、8Kを分割レンダリングする自動処理をVRレンダリングツールに追加する予定です。
これにより作業速度が大幅に向上するはずです 🚀

また、VR動画の本数も増やす予定です。
現在、カメラやライティングの手動調整を除き、ほぼ自動化されていますが、最大の制限はハードウェアです。
高性能PCが1台しかないため、2台目があればVRや8Kのレンダリングが大幅に高速化し、
より創作に集中して、さらに多くのコンテンツを公開できるようになります 💻
これは将来的に実現したいと考えています。

さらに、有料プラン向けにより限定性の高い特別な動画も追加したいと考えています 🔥

最後に、十分な時間が確保できたら、カスタム動画リクエスト用の限定Patreonティアを導入する可能性もあります。
好きなモデル・楽曲・モーションを指定して動画をリクエストできるようになる予定です 🎶

ただし、これは長期計画で、実現はおそらく2026年以降になります。
現在は時間と体力にかなり制限があるためです ⏳

😓 今週は本当に忙しい一週間でした！
いつもより多くのVR動画を制作し、8K品質の限定版も作成しました。
また、Patreonでの皆さんの応援を見て、便利で機能的なUIを備えたプログラムを開発し、
VR動画制作のさらなる最適化と自動化を進めることを決意しました。
