"Serrana Arpeggios" (Jason Becker) Lesson/Analysis

Probably the most famous sweep arpeggios of all time, Serrana is the ultimate test of ability for guitarists looking to really hone their sweeping chops!

Interestingly, what most people don't know is that these arpeggios are just a small section of a very long, Classical composition (Serrana) and that the version Jason used to play was a tweaked version adapted for guitar. So this version I've transcribed here is from the original composition, rather than the usual live version, as I thought it'd increase the fun/challenge/torment (delete where applicable)! I also created a more Metal-oriented backing track to make playing along more enjoyable.

Good luck and don't forget to share your progress with everyone in the Discord server!
