The Intermediate Challenge!
So you may have seen that I recently refreshed and retuned the BHGS Roadmap, and after doing so realized that there's a bit of a gap in the curriculum when it comes to purely intermediate-level content. This also seems to be the level which the majority of you here at at (around level 2-3) so I'm gonna be striving to add some extra intermediate lessons and exercises in the coming weeks!
This week we're starting off with this fun lil' workout I created which is aimed at covering lots of bases at a purely intermediate level. Articulation, alternate picking, sweeping, tapping - this exercise has you covered! As usual I've structured the workout more like a mini song rather than a boring, formal drill, to ensure it's as addictive as possible to work on.
Good luck and don't forget to share your progress with everyone in the Discord server!

Brad you rock mate. Best guitar school community out there. Came for the beans, stayed for the insane playing and teaching skills.
This is fantastic, keep the intermediate vids coming! That 8-3 stretch is a killer

Very Randy Rhoads-esque, if he swept (I’m sure he’d have picked it up were he around today). Which is apt because Randy definitely seems like the intermediate bridge to Petrucci and company.
What I like about this is that I can look forward to completing it fully in a few months which gives more satisfaction rather than only being able to make it though 2/3rds for another year or two till I reach the advanced stage.
That's great to hear!! Always an awesome feeling when you can complete a project
this is great, Bradley, this makes the roadmap in general clearer too; great addition
That is awesome !
