Manor Lords soundtrack is coming together!
While I continue to work on the motion capture, Sarah Davison (brilliant cello player who worked for example on Horizon: Zero Dawn) has worked with Ben (one of our composers) to bring to life some melodies on her viola da gamba.
(This is a work in progress so please don't share yet!)
A new jam session will be held soon, as the audio team will soon be moving to the battle tracks. I personally can't wait to hear what they come up with :)
Hope you like it! Cheers and thanks for all your support!

The soundtrack for Manor Lords is phenomenal
Absolutely beautiful!! Reminds me of GoT! What instruments are being played?
Thank you! The main instrument is viola da gamba, there is a lute, a harp and a string section in the background.
Love this!
GoT vibes. Seriously good stuff.
I love it. Honestly it feels like one of those soundtracks that 10 years from now will still bring back memories and nostalgia of playing this game. Reminds me of like the Stronghold soundtracks. Something that sticks with you. Can't wait to play.
Absolutely love it
Damn that is wintery.
lovely
Glad you like it!
love this
AMAZING.
For the battle soundtrack, i want drums lot of drums
Great :)
It sounds...depressing. Just like winter finally ends, it gets warmer etc. I like it!
A job well done by Sarah and Ben. The music sounds wonderfully clean, crisp, and it's absolutely enthralling.
Awesome music! More of this please. Cannot wait for the battle tracks.
I like the simplicity of the soundtrack so far! It's not trying to compete with the game but rather fit right into the overall composition of gameplay, visuals and sound.
It's like a mix from Braveheart, Lord of The Rings and maybe Game of Thrones thrown in. I think it will fit perfectly into the game.
Powerfull sound ! Thank you !
Damn... It ends right in the moment, when its starts to sound powerfull 3: Its sounds indeed immersive. Which games are your Inspiration for your soundtrack? For me Ancestors Legacy, TWM2 und Strongehold seem fitting examples.
Ah yeah, and somehow Gothic 2 too. :D
Beautiful and immersive.
Glad you like it!
