AI generated Xenomorph, not as easy as you think!

i recently installed Stable Diffusion AI image generator and been testing it out for few days. and yes, before anyone asks: i have made nude girls, but internet is full of them, so instead I wanted to make something more complex and unique, those are the results. it might seem easy, but it really isn't.

AI has ability to generate anything, but hardest part is finding a good model and prompts (tags). i tried for hours and those are only good results i got.

Those alien images are made by using "pony realism" model for stable diffusion. it's mostly designed for fantasy porn, so that model keeps trying to put female parts on alien. i wanted to make more, but gave up due model being too "horny" .. no really, not a joke! it keeps putting boobs on alien and makes it bend over, when i clearly give it instructions that alien should be running or attacking and shouldn't have any female parts, it still kept doing it :/

Unlike online AI image generators, mine has NO RESTRICTIONS (if you catch my drift), it can make anything you want. YES ANYTHING! If you WOOT (want one of those), then i have written a tutorial on how to set it up -- https://sethioz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=13359

As explained in that tutorial, AI is only as good as the model you're using and prompts (tags / description) you are giving it. for example "pony realism" model -- https://civitai.com/models/372465 is trained in some weird way, it uses so called "Danbooru" style tags/prompts, which makes it much harder to use. i never heard of danbooru before, it's some nonsense anima stuff, so it's not straight-forward and that's why that model is hard to use if you don't know correct tags. even with help from chatGPT it still doesn't do what i want, but i'll probably mess with it more to find something that works. as you can see those alien images are quite impressive, i'm thinking of making more artwork, like predators and other creatures you see in movies.

If you have any requests / ideas, leave them in comments or PM me, but REMEMBER: i can't directly share nor publish any content that might go against Patreon or general internet laws / rules.

Try PurpleSmart's pony models instead. They are trained for SFW and NSFW. Appreciate you creating a tutorial. I've been using other image generators because stable diffusion setup and installation seems complex and time consuming. Curious, why did you pick a pony model? To get correct "all-fours" behavior? Why not try a horse-specific model? Just guessing what might produce better results is all. As a request, could you make a "fursona creator" model? One that could easily generate furry character personas? I'm using one currently by website "perchance.org" but it's still mid-tier. Most of the time, it can produce good results, but like you said, depends on the prompt and the model.

i wanted to setup AI image generated for years, but due severe depression i just couldn't get around to it til few days ago. stable diffusion took me about 30 mins to setup and few hours to learn about settings and prompts. i chose stable diffusion, cuz it seems most popular and it has lots of models. obviously self-hosted as i don't want to be limited by stupid ethical restrictions. "pony realism" is model name, it's not actual pony model, it's checkpoint .safetensors. as mentioned earlier, it was designed mostly for fantasy porn, it includes all sorts of detailed creatures, including xenomorph. it's one of the highest rated models in general. i also use "cyberrealistic" and "cyberrealisticXL" models that are also top rated and most downloaded and can make photorealistic humans of any age. obviously horse specific model wouldn't generate a xenomorph as it has never seen one, you need a model that knows how xenomorph looks like. the word "pony" has nothing to do with real pony/horse, it's just a type/name of model. i don't make my own models as i still have gtx 1080 and training process would probably take weeks and cost lot of money (power consumption), also i have no energy/motivation for such long process. i'd need powerful secondary GPU and enough money to leave it running 24/7. cyberrealistic (2gb) model can make furry animals, i just tried making cats and tigers with very simple prompts and it looks good. you'd have to fine-tune prompts to make it as good as real photo, but quick test shows that it can definently make very realistic furry animals. i assume cyberrealisticXL is even better as it's 6.4gb and has wider variety, but it takes 3-5 mins to generate images on my PC, while cyberrealistic takes around 30-60 seconds depending on settings. if i raise resolution, then it easily goes to like 30+ minutes, so i rather generate around 500x800 and upscale if i like the result. all online generators are lame tho, cuz they're highly restricted and limited, you can't even make classic horror movie scenes without it having scream "child/animal porn/abuse" at you. what really annoys me, is that if in real movies they use 18+ actor who poses in underwear or nude, but they use make-up and "movie magic" to make her look much younger, then it's all fair game, nobody whines, because she's actually 18+, but if you ask AI to generate similar scene with "human" looking under 18, then everybody loses their minds, because according to them it's "underage". it's not even real human, i don't see what they whining about. for example in movie "Feast" or maybe it was one of the sequel, you see lot of messed up crazy stuff, like baby thrown off the roof and splattering on ground, if you'd ask AI to make something like that, it would instantly refuse because it's "unethical", but nobody whines about "ethics" when it's seen in a movie and movie creators say "it wasn't real baby", then nobody cares. same in "terrifier" movies, there's lots of gore and you see kids being murdered with axe. AI generated images are NOT real humans either, AI is trained on real photos (just like movie creators make things look like real), but AI does not "see" nor save any photos it is trained on, it's kind of like teaching blind person to draw realistic humans. AI only learns patterns on how objects look like and during training, you have to specify what's on the images, like show it 100000 cat photos and say "these are cats / household cat / domestic cat", then it will know how to draw cats, but none of the real photos are saved. models are trained on millions of photos, if it saved photos, then model sizes would go into terabytes. i think that's where misconception is coming from, people think that AI genereated images use parts of real humans, but that's not true. it's not same as human using photoshop to mix different photos together. AI generates images from scratch by using patterns it has learned. AI generated content is no different from movie props or sex dolls. that's why i don't use any of those online generators, they're too restricted.
