I entered a real life "Hunted" event with my mate. Can we evade the hunters and reach the end point?
How's it going $4 Tier? Here's something I'm hoping you'll like. Didn't know if this would be worthy of a video before we took part, but it turned out pretty nice. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
SUBTITLES WILL BE USEFUL as there is a fair bit of black country speak and whispering.
-----------------------
Back in April 2023 me and my old buddy Dan thought it would be a laugh if we signed for a real life Hunted event. The premise is much the same as the Channel 4 show "Hunted" in which contestants are tracked and ultimately chased down by professionals over the course of 6 weeks, but significantly scaled down.
Our arena of play was a 270 acre section of forest deep inside Cannock Chase AONB, and we would have 5 hours to evade the hunters whilst moving to and from secret task points, and ultimately to the final extraction point where we would hopefully capture the final flag. We had no idea what we were letting ourselves in for and having not read the entire info email, we pretty much had to cook up a strategy as we went. Would this cocky approach serve us well? or would we be found out by the hunters, who were happy to boast that they would catch every last one of us...
Music stream next week - my favorite albums and inspirations. Wanted to get them both out this week but an infected wisdom tooth has set me back a bit.

Great episode! Would love to see more content like this!
Really enjoyed this episode.
This was great fun to watch Tom!
So close! Valiant effort for sure
Ever think about doing a video in Portugal?
Hope we get more frequent content :(
Well that got my heart pumping just watching it! All that time hiding from farmers on straight line missions nearly paid off, but I guess they tend to be on loud quad bikes, not hiding behind trees to dive bomb you!
I'm sure you had at least as much fun participating as I had watching the video!
Ooh I wonder if these events exist in the USA?
Dan is a legend.
I'll forward that information on to him, Cheers Sam
I know it’s a bit of fun, and it’s not professional, but the mistake they made with the what three words inaccuracy disappointed me. Nothing you’d done of course, just the organisers being rookies, bit of a shame. That being said it was a great video/game. If you still think you’d like to go in the real Hunted please keep applying, they may very well take you up for the celebrity one one day, you never know
You know, I'm still not sure whether that was intentional or not - I think it mentioned in the email that some information might be slightly wrong, something to make you think on your feet I guess. I agree though, just make it harder in other ways - have more hunters or something. As for real Hunted, I always thought I'd do well on that, but I'm not sure I'd want to leave home for 6 weeks at this point in my life!
Fun!
Loved watching this and the woman that caught you gave me a real jump scare I won’t lie.
She came out of nowhere!
What a great adventure, wilderness escapade but with adversaries.
thanks Michael glad you enjoyed!
Fantastic mate, something to add to my bucket list!
Can definitely recommend!
Damn this was a really good video, this could be some good content in the future too (Or maybe a subscriber activity?)
There is definitely potential with this format!
Hell yes. Watching BBC's Ambulance in an hour in which yours truly is in the background, so this will be a good way to kill half of the last hours wait. Cheers Tom!
Can’t wait to watch this!
I can already tell this seems awesome! What a cool experience to be part of 😊
Aw fuck yeah!!
