Can Marcus complete this life changing mission? [SCOTLAND 2 PART 3]
Morning patreons! this is a few hours early for you cause I'm going to rock out to Sabbath.
Deleted scenes will be with you in the coming weeks.
**GOOD SUBTITLES AVAILABLE**
It's time to find out if Marcus, a geeky chess teacher from Surrey can finally end his disastrous string of straight line mission attempts with an emphatic victory. Standing in his way on this final day will be lake crossings, vertigo inducing crags and an unexpected deer farm. Is this where he finally comes undone? or can his weary legged frame battle through it all?

This was brilliant. Well done to the both of you, and I can't wait for what's next - you're doing great things Tom! (Use Pleasant Pudding music as background music in some scenes in your videos - it would be so cool)
Brilliant as always, well done to Marcus. I hope this isn't too shameless but it seems as though you love a pub tom - if anyone fancies following me and a pals journey to drink at every pub in brighton, our Instagram is just that - everypubinbrighton. Purely for the love of pubs and the communities surrounding them. Much love.
Well done Tom and Marcus, another mission ticked off. Have enjoyed the series, can't wait for the next adventures.
Congratulations to Marcus and you! looking to potentially make an attempt at Scotland myself next year and before the first video released I had my line in a very similar spot, good to see what kind of things could be to come, still very early in my planning stages and still saving up for a gpsmap 64s. Got all my surplus gear though!
Brilliant stuff
Absolutely buzzing for Marcus! And you of course too Tom
Get in!! Now for the future, I feel like Croatia might be a doable option in the future, no? Either Slovenia to B&H or B&H to the sea. Both seem like options. Would be fun I think but surely you'd need a local support team or at least person. Still I think the potential is there.
Really enjoying this Tom and Marcus. Pleasant Pudding arrived a week or so ago and have been digging that too!
Very well done to both of you. Now bring on Russia ;-)
Perfect thing to cure my post Independence Day hangover! Cheers from my partner and I Tom!
"What could possibly go wrong?" Usually the kiss of death by Mr Davies. Thankfully not this time...
Wow it came early today!!
Congrats on the mission, I often get more satisfaction helping others achieve their goals and overcome challenges than what I can accomplish on my own, so I'd imagine this experience was very rewarding. The camera certainly doesn't do justice to how many amazing views you guys had along the way, as always appreciate you efforts in documenting everything.
Well done Tom and Marcus. Did Tom find his phone from last year? I thought he couldn’t find when he went back 🤔
One of the patrons found it after that video was released here
Woah, congratulations 🎉 What a coincidence, I was just watching Magnus Midtbø's 20 km Norway mission yesterday, but judging from the absence of any sheer cliffs, yours had a much better line planning! 😁
Well done Marcus. Takes a lot to overcome all those things that were clearly way out of his comfort zone and push through. Well deserved success.
CONGRATULATIONS TOM & MARCUS! 🏴
So cute how you talked about your poo. “He’s keen to get moving”.
Epic just epic can’t wait to watch it again from Marcus’s channel
Fantastically satisfying series, Tom. What a redemption arc.
Super entertaining as ever, thanks Tom and Marcus!
Absolutely floored by Marcus' determination to keep going through all his fears and finally conquer a straight line mission.
I have literally had to wait the otherside of a fence so many times for my mate to scramble over to join me. It is a feeling unparalleled in the hiking world. We've thoroughly enjoyed this series man! Went for a morning hike with the GF over the Wye Downs today, and then to finish it off with this is just 🤌🏻🔥 Hope you good Tom! Keep the good stuff coming my guy! P.S: Saw your little appearance on The Guardian. Verrrrrry nice. Well done boss.
Was watching Magnus' straight line "across" Norway video, then got a notif of this. This is better.
