Yep, you read correctly. This year I scrapped my solo mission plans and made the bold decision to team up with Marcus the chess teacher to see if I could help him put a winning end to the never ending tragedy that is his straight line mission saga. Was I mad to think that all he needed was a shot of confidence and guidance from someone like myself to get the job done? Or was I just as deluded as he is to think so? What if I buggered it up for both of us? the risks were huge, but the spoils of this victory were too tempting to turn down.

Dear Tom, please see my comment under anna x's comment. Youtube seems to have enabled AI auto-dubbing on your channel. It translates your unique and funny commentary to other languages if you are watching in a non-English speaking country. It's awful and we users can't turn it off. You might be able to disable this in your channel settings! Edit: seems we can turn it off for every individual video on youtube but not here.

Not gonna lie at the beginning of this video I was really sceptical about the whole thing, in all honesty I am still feeling that way a bit. But I also had another thought while watching this: Once you become too creaky and old for BIG missions, it might be a nice idea to start something up to take young lads like Marcus out on smaller adventures, not too dangerous but still challenging. Have them get a taste of it, and deal with the physical and mental challenges of it, but in a good way. Like Marcus said, it helped him with his depression

Hi, I‘m Anna and I watch from Germany. It is really weird - when I start the video there isn‘t Toms voice but a weird auto KI voice Translation to German. And I can not change it. I tried in Patreon settings etc. Does anyone else has this Problem? Usually thats not happening on Patreon… Thanks!
