As for Maxis, to get the People Person lifestyle you only need more than 4 friends, too few in my opinion. Cap raised to 10. ADDED: Two more version to rise the cap to 15 or 25. People Person and Close Knit are tied, in order to make the Lifestyle work as intended the requirements need to be changed
