Weekly report 311
Hi everybody.
Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week. Here's a summary of what we did since the last report:
Chestnut drew new cutscenes for Holly's final event and also made a new bag item, which we will need after the changes (I haven't reached fixing that part yet).
Posing-wise, I'm missing just one more sex scene. When it comes to coding, I have a bit more work: adding two sex scenes to the game, finalizing the crystal ball for the sex scenes, and adding the cutscenes to it, too. That's not counting the polish stuff, because hints will change, new cutscenes will be added, etc. But being close to finishing the base code is great. I also edited and added a bunch of dialogue.
Next week, I want to wrap up the major overhaul of the events at the end of the update. I will still need to improve the writing, fix the typos, and address all the grammatical issues, but the game, by the next report, should feel a lot better to play. We'll, of course, test it after that's done to ensure the extra work has been worth it. I don't think I'll have time to animate or code the final sex scene since fixing is my goal next week. Chestnut will continue creating new art for the changes (and fix older stuff).

If something is taking too much of your time, you can use Ai it can make your work faster. I’ve had many of your artworks and other things created using Ai, The only limitation is that it can’t generate sexual content, but overall it’s very useful for storytelling. I hope you understand what I’m trying to say and consider adding AI to your work to benefit from it.
No offence, but I hope they don't. Also using AI to generate art in someone else's style, especially lots of it, as you say, is pretty dodgy and probably not as flattering as being inspired to draw in Chestnut's style by hand. It's the human touch with all the many levels of polish which makes WAL such an incredible project, and I think most supporters on here would value that above the potential speed benefits of AI.
