I have so many thoughts on religion after growing up in a fundamentalist Southern Baptist Christian household. I was a teenager in the late nineties so I was bombarded with end times films, shows and discussions on the rapture, tribulation, premillenial escatology to the point that I have developed what I call a "racoon-brain," in which I see conspiracy in everything. That being said, religious cartoons can be a lot fun just for the silliness of them. My sister and I used to have fun playing MST3K with them. I think the episode could be fun if you included not just animated shows but television shows or series. There are some legit good ones and ones so bad they're amazing. For example Superbook is an import from Japan that is badly translated and quite silly. McGee and me is a fun dive into a kid's obession over imaginary friend. The BBC Narnia series is so ridiculous and our own 4th Doctor Tom Baker is in one of the episodes. I have a soft spot for it. Adventures in Odessy is supposed to be well-written and of course Veggie Tales is the gold standard. And yes it would be cool to see if other religions dipped their feet into kid's shows. It might take some digging but I bet they exist even maybe in a subtle way.
You and Nin talking over the movies are already giving them the Mystery Science Theater 3000 Treatment ;-). I would highly recommend season five or season eight episodes I think they are the most fun. The way you guys are describing prawns it almsot sounds like people weren't cooking them correctly. If they taste spongy they are likely overcooked.
I'm been enjoying the Thomas reviews. That show, along with the Berenstain Bears, was one of my favorites as a kid.
Prince of Egypt is a good one. So is Joseph: King of Dreams. I'm also fond of The Book of Virtues and The Livings Scriptures. Never really had the chance to get into Veggie Tales.
I’m a little disappointed that you haven’t done a full analysis of your thoughts of the Duck is autistic theory. But hey, this is your channel.
Kirby super stars a good game. It was my first Kirby game and it still holds up today
I would love to see mini reviews of Daniel Tiger
What makes my mint issue worse is that Tails loves mint candies so new merch has been contained for me and I need the plushes to air out first. It sucks…
I am lucky that the newer items weren’t strong and/or aired out their scent quickly but still…
Well, at least there are SpongeBob video games.
My exact thought. Both SpongeBob and Squidward have been playable in games so not completely off the mark there, Mr. Strider!
I hate mayonnaise too, you're not alone.
Brilliant chat Strider ♥️
