He's destroying Tatooine? Does he think he's a Death Star or something? Even for a Starcaster, destroying an entire planet has to take a huge, huge toll. Not to mention take a considerable amount of time. Surely he has a more practical plan in mind.....otherwise he's just destroying a bunch of dirt and rock, in order to wipe out the relatively small number of living creatures on it.
If that logic is right (and it sounds right) that means they rotate their Starcaster around among the loyal, royal, or stupid (perhaps more than one).
Nah, it's bonded to the one person and can't be removed, as Cort unfortunately found out when he wanted to remove his.
Destroying ‘only’ a few ships left him hurt pretty badly before. I think the effort of destroying an entire planet will be so much that it will kill him.
Wait, is he using himself as an energy bomb to nuke the planet or something?
