What's interesting about this, is it would seem to suggest that their entire species is all narcissistic. Could such a species actually evolve to reach the stars? Also, how would they have felt superior before they discovered that life on other planets existed? There ALWAYS has to be some "other" to feel superior over, or it really doesn't work very well.
