The Bibites 0.6 Alpha 13: No more constants

Brain Changes

• Added default activations to brain nodes, replacing the constant node

• Added indicator for default activation

• Added default activation mutations and adjusted respective probabilities

• Added Integrator Activation Function (integrate input over time)

• Added inhibitor Activation function (self-inhibits, and gradually returns to 0)

• Brain Updater will take care of converting any old connections to default activation

• Inhibitory Node is the only one being initialized with a non-zero base activation

• Integrator node can't have default activation

• Default activation on a differential node will produce a proportional spike on the first brain update

• Default activation on an inhibitory node scales the self-inhibiting factor (lower default activation means a longer time to self-inhibe and return to 0, higher value means faster return to 0)

• Improvements to hidden nodes placement in brain panels

• Connections should now initially have a strength closer to zero (normal distribution with SD of 0.5) when first created.

• Balanced default brain mutations probabilities
