Nostalgia Shader v4.0 Preview E1

Oi folks, this is an interesting one :p

Version 4.0 of Nostalgia Shader will be an all-around polishment update that should iron out many quirks while also improving the overall visuals with improved lighting and additions like SSPT. 

The performance of this version is currently below what 3.x performs at, which is due to the entirely different default settings, as SSPT is currently on by default and causes a relatively big performance hit. Once the SSPT and the accompanying SVGF filter are disabled performance goes up by quite a bit and trades blows with v3, usually having a slight edge over it while still providing more refined visuals.
