This year for Simblreen I teamed up with my most beloved DoctorSimcraft again to put together a little set of Sims 1 Makin' Magic inspired Carnival CC. We had a ton of fun making this together and I think a lot of the pieces came out so nice.
I apologize for the delayed post, and I don't have a great excuse besides // gestures vaguely to the general state of the world //

NOTES ON THE TREATS:
🤡: This CC set includes lots of fun new items to get you started building your perfect carnival. Besides the buy mode items, there are also three new cloth roofs, a matching roof trim, and three new wallpapers.
🎪 REQUIREMENTS: A lot of the big ticket items in this set are based off of Cepzid’s Backyard Carnival Set. If you want them to be functional, you’ll need to download that for free here.
⭐SHARED TEXTURES: The tents and carnival barricade walls all reference the version with the table attached (labeled TEXTURES), so if you delete it and find you have a bunch of glowing question marks in your game, that’s why.
🤡 MAGICO BOX: The Box acts as a storage box! Keep all your favorite collectables and Magic Holes in it!
🎪 THE HOLE IN THE GROUND: [ GP08 Realm of Magic Required 🧙♂️ ] The travel confirmation pop up is a little weird and likes to pop up randomly during the animation. If you want to watch the full animation you can hit cancel and they’ll just pop back to where they started. My most special thank you to Lot51 for his unending patience and kindness, as well as help with getting the tuning up and running!
⭐THE WATCHER'S WAND: [ GP08 Realm of Magic Required 🧙♂️ ] A special thank you to LxN CC for letting us make his Sims 1 inspired wand functional as an extra goodie for this set. You can check out the rest of his Makin' Inspired set The Watcher's Eye here!
🤡: Everything else is Base Game Compatible. You can easily find all our new Simblreen items in the Catalog by searching ’carnival’ or ’magic town’ !
NOTES ON THE BUILD:
🎪: It’s a beautiful, "CC-Demure build", play-tested build for the Magic Realm Headquarters lot and is also over a 1GB in size. Handle with Care. ( CHECK OUT BUILD PREVIEWS HERE )
🎪: Even though Simcraft built the Carnival for Magic Realm, it should also look very dashing on any old 40x40 lot.
🎪: It easiest to assume all DLC packs released before Life and Death are used in this build.
In order to keep everything neat, Simcraft and I have decided to keep the downloads in one place on google drive, just in case anything needs to be updated in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience. 💗
i installed everything as it should but the lot wont appear instead i get the old magic school when i tp there ill be happy for help

Finally got to tour this lot, brb, gotta run and tell DSC how amazing it is. And it IS amazing, I cannot believe how much crazy detail went into this. Walking through it in game just flashed me back to your game, which was so much fun. Actually having it on the ground made me realize how masterfully you shot the screens for that game. The space seemed infinite. But hey, that's movie magic, baby! Still impressed. :3 (We're late af but in my defense, my head is too full of stuff to hold memories asdfghjk)

Hey! I just downloaded your cool set and couldn't load my game. I noticed some of your files in your download had duplicate names (from the Magic Town CC > Simblreen folder [not in the 2nd Magic Town folder]). I deleted the duplicates (I think a few weren't - I pasted them in the same folder to be sure I wasn't missing anything) and now the game loads. Weird issue! Looking forward to finding a spot for this in my planet/save!! :)

That’s amazing, funny thing seeing the vardo. I just built one for my life and death legacy. I saw some pieces from debug that looked like wheels and an axel, I felt it did the job the best it could. I can’t wait to see this in game.
