alex please watch or even react to some star wars lore videos ( legends ) it will help you understand why people didn't like the book of boba fett better and other shows and highly recommend starting with the life and death of darth revan he was a way more darker and fucked up life then darth maul and anakin

ALEX!!! You GOTTA read up on some of Luke’s biggest feats in the Star Wars EU (expanded universe I think? Basically like a bunch of canon lore/stories after the movies and games and in between and all that). Dude is immensely powerful and can destroy worlds. He’s still young here so prob not THAT op yet, but he’s still op haha. But reading up on it and knowing what he’s capable of will make watching these scenes so much cooler. Like you’re saying “look how strong he is!!”, which is so true, but we’re here watching like “ohhh-ho-ho, if only you knew brother” ahahaha trust me man you gotta !!!

this is gonna start a war with the diehard fans lol, but Star Wars took a lot, A LOT, of stuff from Dune. You can argue it or admit it, but at the end of the day props to George Lucas for taking a lot of things from Dune but making it more commercialized and making billion from it. I forget the saying but something about "clone and pivot" to get rich, so yeah gg. I love both but I like Dune more than Star Wars and imo Star Wars is like the kid version thats more accessible and Dune is like the trippy spiritual socio-economic/political clusterfuck that is just so fucking dope. Both are sick in their own ways.

Also btw, Luke skywalker in this episode (and also in the mandalorian) isn’t just de-aging, but like 90% cgi

i loved the book of boba. we got just enough on his journey after he was eaten by that sand monster in the OT AND we get more of mando and grogu.

Boba has a strong connection to Cad Bane. Jango Fett and Cad Bane were at one time both vying for the reputation as the greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy, and had personal history as well. After being captured by Mace Windu and Anakin following his failed assassination attempt on Windu, Boba first met Cad Bane in a Republic prison on Coruscant. Bane exploited Boba, using him as a distraction to escape and subsequently ditching him entirely. Some time after that, there was a story involving both of them which we unfortunately didn’t get on screen as it was unfinished and not released when The Clone Wars was cancelled. In this lost episode, the story of which has been written into canon, Boba and Cad Bane dueled. Each struck the other in the head with a blaster bolt, Cad’s shot striking Boba’s helmet resulting in its famous dent, whilst Boba’s shot struck Bane’s head which led to the metal plate affixed to its side in the Bad Batch. Suffice it to say, they have history with each other.

So random fun fact: Ahsoka is 17 years older than Luke. And while they never made her canon in the main line story, Luke actually gets married to a Sith assassin named Mara Jade. They’re literally an enemies to lovers story and I love it.

Alex just so you know every bit of starwars was inspired by dune that’s were George Lucas got his primary inspiration because the dune books released before the first starwars movie

Boba Fett and Cad Bane know each other from when Cad Bane hired young Boba in the Clone Wars, and they are both bounty hunters later in life.

Cad bang and boba Fett both were bounty hunters at the same time and knew each other. That is the basic understanding of their connection together.
