The Wonderful Wizard of Oz audiobook!
Guess what? We made an audiobook for you. Something about telling the tales of George Michael and Britney Spears made me think about this tale of another kid in the big city. I loved recording an audiobook of A Christmas Carol for you last December, and this was a delight as well. This book is at least 25 times stranger than I remembered, and in the best way. Fandom theories and queer theory reads are very welcome below.

Months after you first released your reading of The Wizard of Oz, I’m back to thank you for it. It’s an entirely different experience than listening to an audiobook performance, more like being read a bedtime story, and at times it’s exactly what my brain delights in. Thank you!
Loved this. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Sarah, I shared it with my 14 year old as well. I had forgotten everything in the trip to Glinda, strangely. So good to hear it in your voice.
Man, I had managed to missed this and I finally got to listen. 10 out of 10, not only is it beautifully read, it also syncs up PERFECTLY with my DVD of Pink Floyd live in concert.
Thank you so much for this. It’s one of my favorite books ever omg
Thanks for this gem. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the book is way better than the movie, or at least much deeper than the movie.
Omg——- thank you!
I’ve been loving listening to this with my 10 year old daughter! 🥰 Thank you, Sarah!
That was incredibly soothing. Thank you!
Loved listening to this. Thank you ☺️
I went down the rabbit hole a couple of years ago and read a 3-vol set of all 15 (!) books L. Frank Baum wrote in the series. It was quite a journey. Excited to hear the audiobook, thank you!!
I sincerely hope the rest of the books are planned for the future 😊
WOW. You’re amazing!!
This has made me so happy. I’m going through a crummy time and your voice soothes me to no end. I’ve never read this and it was exactly what I needed right now. Thank you thank you!!!
THANK YOU ❤️💕
This was meant to be! I've been in a dry spell with books for over a year now. My sister staunchly direct me towards this one. And it is being read by Sarah's sweet voice! How whimsical!
Happy pride month:)
The silver shoes! What?
that was one of the hardest parts to get over
Oh look, the perfect companion to the Return to Oz wall art I ordered at 2:00am from Etsy without a second thought three months ago!
ha ha ha, ho ho ho, and a couple of tra la la’s
I’ve never read it and probably never would have without you taking the time to record it! I’m listening 🥰
Loved this ❤️❤️❤️
This was my favorite book when I was a kid. And the movie is magical, obviously. Thank you all 💜
I love this and I love the Scarecrow's sick burns on Kansas
this is the best day of my life actually
Thank you for this beautiful reading, Sarah. I was missing my dad today and this was his favorite story. ♥️
YESSS!!! I loved listening to A Christmas Carol, can’t wait to listen to this one 😊
Can’t wait to check it out ! The next two books are even stranger and worth investigating
Such a cool thing to do!!
Anyone get the notification email and go “Sarah, what???” This is wild in the best way.
I didn't think it was literally the audiobook. I was ready for some wizard of oz secrets. But I love it.
Whaaaaaat?!!!!! Dang!!! I’m so excited! I must’ve checked each of the books out from the library like 10 times apiece. Thank you so much!
Loving these, keep it up! I would love a poll or options for more!
Oohhh Sarah you are gardening and thrifting with me today!
The queer theories get real in the second book, but I don’t know if I should spoil it
hmmm, ongoing Patreon book club?
Omg you have no idea how much I needed this right now! I’m finishing up paintings for a show and this is a perfect soundtrack. Thank youuu!!!
Wow! This is such a fun surprise!
