The thing that frustrates me the most about Odyssey is that you see so many seeds of creativity and potential that will never bear fruit bc of how contaminated the ideological soil is. The entire world they built feels stillborn in a way that's only salvageable through fan fiction and parody
I imagine listening to the real episodes vs. this podcast is like having to actually live in a dead world vs just reading the lore about it
