Paralives is no longer a solo project!
Hi there!
I'm really excited to introduce you to two new collaborators that will be working on Paralives with me! Léa and Roxane are both very talented artists who will work on everything related to characters, furniture and other objects. One of the first thing they will work on is the Parafolks. We're really looking forward to finishing them and show them to you when they are ready!
Léa Sorribès - 3D artist (part time)
Léa is currently finishing her studies and started helping me about a month and a half ago. She has been a passionate Simmer for years and she works a few hours each week on various objects. She did the tombstone in the cemetery video and many 3D models seen in the kitchen video. She also worked on the very delicious Thanksgiving turkey!

Roxane Morin - 3D artist (full time)
2 months ago, I posted a job offer for a full time 3D artist position. More than 50 candidates applied for the role and I met 10 of them in interviews. There was 3 different interview rounds in total. In the end, Roxane was selected! She is a long time simulation game fan. She also worked on The Sims 2 custom content for many years and always dreamed of working on a life simulation game. For her art test during the interview process, she did a concept art showing how maybe we could have town houses next to each other in a row. It's a really cool idea and it's something we might showcase for real in a video in the future!

Something I would like to see is a zoo, where people can go visit. If not a zoo, then an amusement park or something?
Yea like malls and maybe festivals! I would also like a very detailed fantasy pack - like fairies, and secret walls and cute tiny creatures. :)
Being able to join houses on separate lots!
Yea, more like you can combine the lots so they are all on the same lot but unique property (gardens ect.) 😄
This is fantastic news! I'm so excited about this project! It's everything I would expect Sims 5 to be, but I know won't be because of EA's track record. Thank you SO much for doing this for us Sims fans and giving SO much in the base part of the game! (I am a patron now by the way. ;) ) Will you be focusing on more of the "playing out the people's lives" in the game soon? The building aspect is incredible! (Please to have lots of romance in this game? :p )

I really love how much you’re interacting with your fans in showcasing early development of paralives with your fans. that’s what I love about games I wanna see the behind the scenes that many gaming company’s do not show. I appreciate all of the updates you’re providing us with and I have high hopes for paralives I believe in you Alex. You will deliver us something not many gaming company’s do and that is delivering a new sims like game. which is about time that we get another. Don’t get me wrong I like the sims it’s just the company they’re with they are greedy and I can see that you care about your fans more than money. You have my full support and best of luck to the artists you hired to help finish paralives. That should hopefully help you finish it faster! 😁

Awesome, I really like the idea of different type of housing. Classic single homes, condos, apartments, townhouses, trailers. That would be amazing!
