So Far, So Good
Hey! This week it turns out has been really busy, in a good way. I have managed to figure out many issues in the game and there's only one side effect I've caused in the process, which will require a more thorough investigation next week.
In the currently actively maintained Trello board here, we have two columns right now, one for "FIXED BUGS" and the other one for "FINISHED IMPROVEMENTS" for this month. The improvements are things that are technically not game breaking, but they can diminish player experience so I've given them a lot of importance as well.
In terms of content, we're doing well. The planned content for this week has been successfully completed and tested, meaning that on Monday I can proceed with Part 2 (Ted content) and Part 3 (Alberto content), in that order.
I have also made some plans for the final content on the ship before we can go to the Hub and I think we have a good opportunity for a boss battle. The advantage of what I've planned is that it can work on all platforms and it's not turn based, but something to make the game a bit more interactive. It'll involve a race against time and deflection from projectiles.
That's all for now, been struggling with Unity to compile the builds for today's release. Have a great weekend!
