All valid points. I also give you credit for your quick response. Thanks for the tip about supporting hollowed models, that will definitely help me out in the future. I do feel you are being somewhat dismissive about the size of your models. If you scroll up in the comments you will see other patrons with the same complaint. As for your final paragraph. Ok... I guess I wont be a customer next month. I own a business myself, I would never suggest to a customer that they shouldn't use my services. Kind of customer service 101. We understand that not hollowing some models can be an issue for some but there are also a lot of advocates for the opposite. Converting a hollow model to a solid one creates more problems in the mesh integrity than the hollowing process that one can carry out with minimal tweaks in the presupported LYS files. What we are trying to say is that we always spend time thinking and considering what patrons need and how they can get it efficiently, ofcourse 3500 patrons agreeing to one thing/format/ style is something that has quite a slim chance of happening. Lastly, we feel the need to clarify that we did not suggest that you should not use our services, we purely aknowledge the fact that not everyone may find our product fitting for his/her intended use and that is perfectly normal, supporting us or not is and will be entirely up to you. I love your sculpts but I need to get a few things off my chest. Your 28mm figures are too small. They are tiny next to all of my other miniatures. I had to resize them all so they would match the rest of my miniatures. Which means I had to support them myself. Also your bigger miniatures are not hollowed, which means I had the choice of using an entire bottle of resin to print 2 or three figures or hollowing them and supporting them myself. Long story short, your pre supports were completely useless to me. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.
Sorry to hear that you are displeased. However, we cannot cater to each specific scale everyone is playing with, it is unrealistic in terms of time since there are more than 3500 members and only 30 days in a month. We model for the standard 32mm scale which means 32mm from feet to eyes on a standing pose. If you need something custom in terms of scale, you will need to produce it yourself at this moment. About hollowing, a lot of users dont want hollow models and some want them hollow. When you edit a model in Lychee you can hollow it and add the supports needed (which are very very few) on the inside part of the model which leaves all of the other supports intact and that work takes several hours to pull off so that is time saved off the end user. If you find all this troublesome and it all makes you unhappy, maybe our Patreon and our products are not a great fit for you which is totally understandable. Chuck Parks in Pennsylvania - I am printing the Nautiloid at 100% on my CR10S printer at 0.12 layer height and I have to say this thing is going to be huge and awesome! I have deck 1 printed and assembled and I am working in the side fines now. I can't wait to finish this. Keep up the good work and looking forward to next month. Also, I have the Circus set, trying to figure out which to start with once I'm done with the ship.

If you do not have an email this is the trouble shooting guide: First and foremost check your email for "redeem" emails from MyMiniFactory. for me its the 2nd month but I have to say that I am really impressed right now! 2nd time the topic was outstanding. Also the supports are on a whole different level then what I have seen so far. This is exactly what I was hoping to find, with you it feels worth to support you monthly! Hopefully we get some more of these despair demons, like a full set of them you know... thats what I rly looking for humanoid demons of seduction are far more demonic then those brutes that you find each and everywhere. What would you more likely sumon? demons of lust, greed or torture (for your enemys) or some gigantic monster stomping everything to death... >:D like I said I love your style keep going!

Greetings. The Nautiloid is not yet finished. The files however are properly named so they can be put together. There are no plans for an assembly guide due to the straightforward nature of the pieces and their names.

Left Wing of Cerebrax appears to need repairing. It doesn't load into chitubox properly. Had to load it into 3dbuilder to repair before slicing it.
First time supporting your patreon, I love the models but may I make a suggestion? A line up render picture with names, to make it easy to find the model I want to print first :)
somebody talk to me about scale I printed one of these and it seems tiny next to other models I own
The scale (not size, scale) of our releases is 32mm. You could rescale however you see fit in your slicer.

I checked both the sync and google drive and the Ship had only the first floor none support files. Am I missing something?

What size resin printer will be needed for the ship? I would love to print it in all its glory in resin but only have a photon

I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of astounded patrons. This set is fabulous. If I may make a request, what are the chances we could see an insurgent Gith strike force to counter these Encephalids?
I really got to thank you guys for not making the dragon absolutely massive with wings three times the size of it's body. So many patreons make every dragon a centerpiece and I just don't have room at my d&d table for a colossal dragon every month. And I'm so glad I wont have to spend four days on ridiculously large wings that are fully extended making an already large model take up too much room for any normal base size.
The Thrall Presupported doesn't have the STL Left Wing file.

Will you guys be cutting the ship up in a few different sizes? So people with large printers like the phenom L can print bigger pieces.
No we won't. This process takes massive amounts of computing and time and it is unrealistic to pull off within a month for such a big model. We will have a version for FDM and one for resin printers.
I think the left wing stl for the pre-supported Outworld Thrall may be missing from the sync.
