Monthly releases with MyMiniFactory! *UPDATE*
Villains and Archvillains!
As you all know, we collaborated with MyMiniFactory (MMF) to bring you our monthly releases to your MyMiniFactory libraries!
We have already sent our August patrons the Deathknight Order release
to their MMF libraries and the rest of the past releases will be following in a few days!
Starting October with Frostburn Horrors, we will be bringing each monthly releases you pledged for in the previous month on your MyMiniFactory library so you can download at any time!
How it works:
Log into your MMF ( MyMiniFactory ) account or create a new one.
The August Monthly Release (Deathknight Order) should appear in your personal Library (if you were a Patron at the time)
Your MMF account has to use the same e-mail as your Patreon account in order for it to work. If you do not have an MMF account yet, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to create one.
At the start of every month we will be sending out the release of the previous month in the same way.
If something is not working for you, just email our friends over at MMF via this form https://www.myminifactory.com/contact_us/
This also means that downloading will be easier for you since you can avoid the known problems associated with Sync and Google drive (slow speed, missing files, pages not loading etc).
Furthermore this is saving you all from multiple Gigabytes of storage on your computer, as it will all be stored within your MyMiniFactory library!
This does not mean we are getting rid of Sync or Google Drive, you will be still able to download through those as you have been in the past since the MMF (MyMiniFactory) library for each user will be updated in the following month after your monthly pledge, at least for now.

It says on your web site that we also get the Demogorgon by signing up for your patron, is this true still and if so do I need to wait for the beginning of the month to be able to get that as well? I just want to know as I have a campaign with that in it and I want to print it and need to know if I can either get a link to buy it or if I get it by signing up? The release is fulfilled the next month from the initial release. Usually, it is done in the first ten days, and you are notified with a mass message
How long does it usually take for the files to show up in the library?

hello, I cannot find and download the "sinister vault" files that you offer with the subscription ... I find the patreon site not well done. I can't find anything in Mini Myfactory or I am logged in with my facebook. How to recover the files? thank you in advance cordially

I've gotten all of my releases and recurring villain rewards, but I've noticed I'm receiving multiple emails about several of them. It's not a big issue on my end, but I wonder if it's tied to people not receiving their emails?

Chiming in to let you know that I've also not been able to get these releases. There seems to be quite a few of us not getting them.
We have more than 1500 already redeemed. Email filters are blocking redeem emails. Please contact MMF and let us know if you encounter more problems

I contacted MyMiniFactory on 24th September about this/previous months and have still not heard anything back from them. I've been a patron since The Empire of Sands release.
Most likely, it is your email filters. They contact our patrons daily. Can you message us with your email that you contacted MMF with so we can help?
I contacted MMF already, but my monthly files are nowhere to be found. My loyalty rewards are there though.
If you are reffering to Frostbjurn Horrors, it has not been sent out yet. Please contact MMF again for your files. In any case please note that comments are really hard for us to track, if you need help please message us.
What happens if I don't support the October release, but I did the September one. Will I still get the september models on MMF in October?
Yes you do.
Can't wait! My laptop is out of commission so having these awesome models in a library is a huge relief.
