Just to confirm, you send the month (oct) to our MMF accounts in November? I'm unable to download them where I am right now.
Every monthly release is fulfilled the month after on MMF. If you have not received past releases please contact MMF support.
Im sorry but this new slicer Lychee blows. Literally took me an hour to set up one print because it kept crashing. I'd take Chitubox over this crap in a heatbeat.

I am having no problems with Jekyl. However I am having problems with the Ringmaster. It is acting like it is a speed issue. However I have done many tests on all the setting and after waiting nine half hours the monkey tail and the staff still will not print out properly. Any advice for this?

I went to slice the tank glass in chitubox for print and discovered it sits a few millimeters off the plate due to a few sections of the supports that poke through the bottom that I can't edit out :/
Anyone having problems with Jekyl? Every time I try to load him Chitubox crashes. I've downloaded 3 times.
I didn't have any issues loading him. What version of chitubox are you using? Maybe try updating it? if it's already updated, you might try reinstalling it in case something in the software got corrupted

Hey Dennis! Yes, you would receive it, but please note that it usually takes a few days for the upgrade to be processed so you can be eligible for the module. In any case, we are here if you encounter any problems with it :)

Anybody else having a hard time printing the pre supported water guy? I tried several times and he fails every time. It's not my printer, because I'm putting other things in between with no worries. Wondering if it's something with the supports or just user error...
User error. This has been test printed on 4 printers and patrons have already printed it as well.

The supports running along the legs of the tiefling blowing fire are so close they will bond to the model.
I'm prob missing something but for further reference is there a zip file for all the pre supported? Or just for the regular files?
There is not since the presupported files are often updated throughout the month.

How should i scale the to fit with 28mm models?? Are these 32mm standart??
They are pretty much 32mm standard. Just scale them down to 87.5% to be 28mm scale.

I want to get started on this so bad. Going to integrate it into my Strahd campaign. The problem is that for the last 2 months I can't get sync to work AT ALL. The creators that offer Google drive with as well I have a better time with. The sync website struggles on my pc. Really hopeless feeling because I want this so bad.
Try downloading in batches rather than the whole thing at once. Also, we will update with google drive links in a few days, just like we did with the past releases.
