How do you feel about the Restitched Soundtrack so far?

Depths of Darkness really caught my attention and is probably my favorite song out of the previews. It reminds me of the music from steven universe a bitch which i love deeply. I think more piano in songs might be something to experiment with.

I would love to hear more Wacky instruments in the songs for example the noise that comes out when you blow through a straw, I know that finding sounds that aren’t instrumental can be hard but I think it would really add to the aesthetic

Just by listening to whats out right now, the tracks actaully go really hard. Just listening to them, I have a pretty good idea on how levels will play out. There are a good mix of tracks that are upbeat, and a mix of tracks that are meant for downtime or relaxing segments. I like the mix of orchestra, innocent, and tech beats. The sound track doesnt sound like out of place song choices, which in my opinion, is good for a game thats not even out. I was really worried that having one composer for the game would make the tracks for the game feel more "same-y". So far, the one thing I could really say that stuck out to me, was that there was a lot of usage of drums for the techno looking soundtracks. Its hard for me to say becuase I dont what type of levels y'all have in mind, so I can give a fair shake on what the song should be. For a song like "Cherry Blossom" and "The Haunting Hour" wouldnt sound the same with out the percussions. For some songs, I feel like it is good without the percussions but only for a segments. If it would be possible, it would be nice to have the control of what instruments are being played in a song. Allowing the player to match up tranisitions to their levels. Side note, I would like to see a more "ambient" tracks. Not like world noises. In the direction of "music is not meant for this area". Every game needs its more of that spacing out music. For example, If a player is afk in the menus or while making a level. (I know its not as an exciteding show for a post hehe). Overall, very good selection of songs. I feel that now, it will be the levels having to match the song :). Can't wait to see more of the editior shape up for these songs.

Looking for some “Sleepy Head” bangers. Tracks or instrumentals that instantly make people think of the game when the melody is heard outside of it. But as a musician I overly critique. Great stuff. (2)

The sound track is literally in like the top 3 things I'm most excited for about the game!!
