Weekly #231
Last week we had Tara being held in the Death Star. The caption contest was very close, and I almost went with Marco's great entry, but I think that LB876 edged him out with:
"Oh! Well aren't you a little big for a Stormtrooper?"
Nice work, both of you, but LB876 was just a little bit more on my wavelength.
I'm sure you saw Mortze's announcement this week. I know that some of you are disappointed, but I really appreciate the support you've been showing him. Mortze means considerably more to me than any game does. Thank you! I suspect that your words of support help more than you realize.
This week, I'm going to show you what we're working on. This is an image from early in the game. The male character is Joel, the one you play. It's not obvious from this image, but the other one is Serena from Saving Chloe. Although the game is called, "Chasing Beth," Serena is the love interest. I'm sure someone on F95 is going to call me nasty names for having the titular character not be the sexual one, but oh well. It's impossible to make F95 happy anyway.
So, what do you think? Are you happy to see Serena again?
Tell me in captions.

I am so excited for a Serena story!!! She is one of my favorite side characters. Although it will be difficult to top how hot the Serena, Chloe threesome was. My caption Serena "Good morning are you hungry?" Joel "Ravashed I was thinking of having Moon over my Hammy"
"I don't think I'll ever get tired of looking at your sweet face, Serena, but there are other parts of your body quite worthy of attention." Wonderful scene, Mortze, always very rich in detail and perfect composition. There is an atmosphere in this image, an atmosphere that making us understand what happened between the two characters without the need to add any hint. Very nice work.
"Now that is some sweet bass, Serena." "Uhh... I'm not playing any music..." "I meant your ass."
Ooo. Was not expecting Serena, given the information from Saving Chloe. Granted, a lot of that information came from the non-canon endings, but I'm pretty sure the info given was still canon. I am very much looking forward to how that will play out. This is going to be VERY interesting.
Definitely stoked about Serena. She’s my fave character out of the entire Elsaverse :-)
Serena's a fantastic character. She more than deserves her own game and I'm stoked to see her find a love who deserves her. You had my curiosity with this game, but now you've got my attention.
