Finding Miranda now in Renpy
I've finished the conversion of Finding Miranda to Renpy. Although these conversions are a lot of work (especially the testing) it's fun to go back and play the old games. And, it keeps me busy while Mortze continues to work on SW.
I'll probably take a week or two off and then start on Saving Chloe. Eventually, when I've converted everything, I'll put them all together into an Elsaverse Omnibus.
Please let me know if you find any problems with this.

I wouldn't call it a "problem" per se, but I noticed - especially during the first dinner date - that with all the dialogue now being in the same location on the screen and being the same color, it can occasionally be difficult to determine who's talking. I don't know if it would be a big undertaking to change that, but it might be easier with Lucas's text in yellow again. (I still love the game and it's great to have an excuse to play through it again!)
Thank you, Tlaero! BTW, there is a possibility to link an action to screen area in RenPy. I'm sorry, I don't know how to do it (yet?), but I saw this technique in another RenPy games. For example, in "Time for you", the player can select objects with a mouse. So, you can add some bonus points to player for for admiring of female character's lowest part of back :) :). If you don't have time or motivation to explore RenPy's support for active screen area, I can make a small sample, but it won't be soon. And I know almost nothing about RenPy, but I use Python a lot and I think I can figure it.
Thanks, Dmitry. I know how to make you able to click on the picture, but Renpy players don't expect that to happen, so they'd never find those places. I'll save the technique for places where you call out that's what they need to do. There will be a few of them in Darkness Falls. --Tlaero
Love it. thanks for the hard work
My favorite character from Elsaverse. Hope to see her more in new games
Of all the characters in my games, Miranda means the most to me. --Tlaero
