FM: Alpha and GtKC in French

I've decided to release one of the Patron short stories to the public.  You can get FM: Alpha here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/1odhj7pra5o5hq6/FMAlpha.zip

This short story doesn't have any sex and might not make sense if you haven't played Finding Miranda, but you might want to play it before we release Darkness Falls: Episode 1...

Also, I've updated the GtKC link on the "About Us" page with a French translation by Marco6661.  If you speak French maybe check it out before we release Coming to Grips with Christine: Episode 1.

About the second personne with the the "S" at the end of the verbe (first group), you are right concerning the indicative present, but wrong in this case because it's imperative form. About the difference between "dévêtir or déshabiller", it's just a feeling for more subtilities. It's just how I feel it...

Hi All,

On the subject of translations, one thing that has just occurred to me: is the American term poontang a transliteration of the french putain in the same way that cockroach is a transliteration of the Spanish cucaracha?

I don't speak French, so I can't tell. If you'd like to work with Marco and he agrees to change it, I'll upload whatever you folks give me. --Tlaero

Sure, only if Marco is ok with it.

The French translation seems a bit stifled. E.g :During the introduction, the sentence used to translate 'Watch her undress' is translated into 'regarde la se dévêtir'. Two things here, first even if using the indicative, the second person is 'regardes' with an 's', the first person, as indicated in the sentence seems not right. (Romanes eunt domus!). Second there are other way to translate 'undress'. The one used 'dévêtir' is both quite clinical and far less sexy than 'déshabiller' which has more sexual undertones. Same goes for the next panels, wrong person used and odd phrasing. It works, but imho needs editing. If you think it's worthy, maybe I can help Marco if he wants or needs to.
