Progress 8 March 2026

This week has had ups and downs. Mortze has been under the weather and wasn't able to make much progress on Signals. He was able to lay out the models for a new house, and he showed them to me so I could make sure they'd work for the story. (I don't give him the whole script at once. I usually send him a scene or two at a time.) But he wasn't able to make any finished images this week. We're hoping next week will be better.

On the "ups" side, I was not under the weather, and I spent a lot of time working on the script for Toro 7: Minos. I liked you folks' analyses of what the name might mean. You definitely caught the historical reference, though maybe went a little too literal on the plot implications. :-)

If anyone isn't aware, "Toro 7" was called that because it took place on Jupiter's moon Europa, and in ancient Greek myths, Zeus had a fling with a woman named "Europa" who he approached in the form of a bull. So, the stations on Europa are named "Toro."

We also had an AMA recently, and I believe I answered all of the questions (except for one that should be re-asked on Discord so we can discuss it). If I missed your question, or you still have some, let me know.
