Winner of the Weekly #37 caption contest

This week we had Sylvia dressed up in SWAT gear.  Mortze and I agreed that Eldormain and Lazy Turtle had the two best captions, but we disagreed on their ordering.  Now, officially, the previous week's winner gets to cast a vote, but he didn't do that this week.  Thing is, last week's winner was Eldormain, so I've decided that he voted for his own caption.  Yes, that's kind of a "the rich get richer" sort of thing, but that's the way the world works.

So this week's winner is Eldormain's oldie but goodie:

Sylvia starts to recite, "Anything you say can or will be held against you--" and I interrupt with, "Tits!"

Two weeks in a row.  Nice work Eldormain!  Who's going to unseat this guy?
