Wolverine tactical cowl
It's been a while since i checked in, but that usually means something good is cooking :)
Inspired by the AI photo people shared in the FB group, I call this the Wolverine tactical cowl. Why do I call it tactical ? well, i don't know, i just kind of like it :D haha
I thought it would be cool to give it the mild carbon fiber texture, so when printing it will not pop out like crazy, but you will notice it is there. I also included a clean version, in case you wish to add the texture manually in the post process.
Also included are the solid "eyes / lenses", the mesh ones ( so you can see thru) , that can be printed without support, as well an easy to print template for vacuum forming to create clear lenses if you wish to create those.
I never made a wolverine cowl before, and I know there are tons of them out there, so to make it different I thought it would be cool to make one with a little creative freedom twist so i hope you like it.
There is also a pre-sliced version for small printers included as well.
Added to "we are makers" February 2024 folder.
Happy printing :)

How do you download this? I don't see a google drive link? Thanks!
Since this was released several months ago, It depends on your patreon status if you're eligible for it or not. I'll check your status and drop you a message via patreon messenger with all info :)
Hey Marko, I'm looking to print this one now but don't see it in my Feb folder
It was transfered to march due to being very popular :)
How are the cheek pieces rotated on the bed? Everything I've tried they break loose and end up spaghetti.
Back side of the cheecks - that are facing the back side are conćmoletelly flat so you can poaizion it on that face, add brim, alow down speed, and thats it :)
My favorite wolverine cowl. Prints out amazing. Is there any way that we could get the main cowl separated into 3 parts (the 2 blue parts and 1 yellow part) so those of us without a multi color printer can print this without having to paint it? if not that cool too. Amazing helmet. Great job.
Agreed would make for a much cleaner multi color only print
this just uses 5x5 pins to fit together doesnt it?
Presliced ones, yes :)
Can you remind me what size magnets will fit the magnet holes please? (printed at 100%)
Oh totally missed that! Even better!! Much appreciated!
This looks awesome. Could I make a suggestion ? Have the eyes printable separate and then glue them in ? That way the mesh eyes can be printed separately in a resin printer for better "meshing"... ?
You didnt see photo 3 did you ? :) i also mentioned that its split that way in the post :)
Guess i got something to print ASAP!!!!
